"Turtles" get their name due to their resemblance to turtles. These treats start with a layer of whole separated Pecans. Our homemade caramel is then drizzled over the nuts to keep them together and to create the turtle's "body", and then each is topped with our creamy white chocolate making the turtle's "shell".
